The Holy Gospel BBQ Rub is a mash-up of Meat Church’s well-loved Holy Cow beef seasoning and The Gospel All Purpose rub. It’s not a simple 50-50 mix; it required numerous test cooks to perfect. After observing many people combining two rubs and taking into account customer input on Holy Cow being too peppery or Gospel needing a boost, they created this versatile blend.
